Interests
Miiri Kotche is a native Chicagoan, and received her degrees from both the
Urbana and Chicago campuses of the University of Illinois in General and
Mechanical Engineering, respectively.
Miiri has worked to develop biomedical
devices, power tools and most recently in the telecommunications industry. In
addition, she has taught college-level math and physics in the Chicago area for
the past four years. Miiri also designs and sells jewelry through her
business, miiri jewelry. She also enjoys traveling with her husband, Glenn,
the drummer for Chicago-based band
Wilco.
